CUESHOTYOUR FILM NOW

Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. The service

Cueshot is a free app that suggests movies and series at random from the streaming services you subscribe to. It is published by Cyril Muller, sole proprietor (Mark In Productions), France. By using the app, you accept these terms.

2. No access to content

Cueshot does not stream, sell or give access to any movie or series. To watch a title, you need a subscription to the relevant service, under its own terms.

3. Advertising

Cueshot is free and funded by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are clearly marked as such. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the websites or apps they lead to. How your data is used for advertising is explained in the privacy policy.

4. Information provided

Titles, summaries, posters and availability come from TMDB and JustWatch. We take care to display them correctly, but they may be incomplete, out of date or wrong: a title may, for instance, have just left a service.

5. Duo mode

Game codes are meant to be shared with people you know. Please do not try to disrupt other people's games or to overload the service.

6. Intellectual property

The Cueshot name, logo, interface, texts and sounds belong to Cyril Muller. Movie data and posters belong to their respective owners and are used through the TMDB API. The streaming service names are trademarks of their owners.

7. Liability

Cueshot is provided “as is”, without guarantee of availability. To the extent permitted by the law of your country, we cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a title, a service or the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Changes and applicable law

These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. They are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protective rules of your country of residence. Contact: contact [at] cueshot-app.com.
