Yes. Cueshot is free and funded by advertising. There is no Cueshot account or subscription. To watch a title, though, you need a subscription to the service that offers it: Cueshot does not give access to any content.

Ads keep Cueshot free. They are provided by Google AdMob. On first launch you choose whether they can be personalised; you can change your mind at any time in Settings › Ads & privacy.

Cueshot works in more than 25 countries in Europe and the Americas, each with its own catalogue. The country is detected from your phone; you can change it in Settings › Catalog country.

Availability comes from JustWatch through TMDB. It is updated regularly, but a title may have just left a service or not yet be listed. If that happens, simply draw another one.

Pick a subgenre (Christmas, 80s, Bollywood…) in the menu hidden under the genres. It combines with the genres you choose. When a subgenre has no more new titles on your services, Cueshot tells you and goes back to your usual genres.

Tap the Duo button. On one phone, you pass it to each other. On two phones, one person creates a game and gives the 4-character code to the other. You both vote on the same titles; those you both like become your Cueshots.

Use the Movies | Series switch at the top of the card, or on the Duo home screen. In the home menu you can also choose finished or ongoing series.

To offer your services and open titles directly in the right app. Only a fixed list of streaming apps is checked, on your phone, and the result is never sent anywhere.
